How does pickup and payment work?

Once you accept a quote, we schedule a time to meet at your home. We verify the sealed items with you and pay in cash on the spot. You never need to ship anything or share banking details.

Do I need a prescription or to share medical information?

No. We only need to see the sealed boxes. We never ask about your health.

What condition must the supplies be in?

Items must be factory sealed, unopened, unexpired and in good condition. If you are unsure about an item, call or text us and we will advise you.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

We aim to respond the same day you submit your request.

Am I obligated to sell after requesting a quote?

No. A quote is simply an offer. You are free to decline at any time.

Do you purchase insulin or other medications?

No. We do not purchase prescription medications of any kind. We only purchase sealed supplies such as CGM sensors, insulin pump pods and test strips.
